We currently offer:

Free Standard Ad Listings – Each new ad is published free for 30 days.
Paid Add-On Packages – Optional upgrades such as Featured Ads, Homepage Spotlight, or Business Packages are available for purchase.

3. Account Registration

To post an ad, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be 18 years or older (or have permission from a parent/guardian)

4. Ad Listing Terms

Free 30-Day Listings

Each standard ad runs free for 30 days.
After expiration, you may renew or upgrade the ad using a paid plan.
Listings must comply with our posting rules and content standards.

Paid Packages

We offer optional paid services to increase exposure, such as:

Featured Ads (appear in highlighted sections)
Homepage Spotlight (appear on front page for ad duration)
Business Packages (Super bundled pack with all features)

Pricing and package details are listed on our “Post an Ad” or “Pricing” page. All purchases are final.

5. Content Standards

You agree not to post ads that:

Are false, misleading, or fraudulent
Involve prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items
Contain adult or offensive material
Violate intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any ad at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Items & Services

The following items and services may not be advertised:

Drugs or controlled substances
Weapons or firearms
Counterfeit products
Stolen goods
Pornographic material
Gambling or betting services
Unlicensed financial services

This list may be updated at any time.

7. Buyer & Seller Responsibility

BahamasAds.org is a neutral venue. We do not participate in transactions between users. We do not guarantee:

The quality or legality of posted items
The accuracy of listings
Payment or delivery of goods

Users must conduct their own due diligence before making a transaction.

8. Payments & Refunds

All payments for paid services are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer).

All purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
Remove listings without notice
Refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion
